Membership...

All bonafide graduating students in the high school, college, graduate and post graduate programs of Capitol University, who fully subscribe to the declared principles of the association, are eligible for membership.

Formal acceptance and/or admission to the association shall be conducted in an oath-taking ceremony which will be administered by the president of the association or any of his authorized representative during the university commencement exercises.

The Loyalty Pledge

I do solemnly pledge,

that I will be faithful

to my Alma Mater,

the Capitol University,

that I will cherish her ideals

by upholding at all times

her traditions of service;

that I will work incessantly and devotedly

to help secure a better and fuller life,

not only for myself and my family,

but above all, for my community,

my people and my country.

So help me God.
